Edit bootmii settings

Allows you to modify the video, autoboot, and bootdelay options from the BootMii ini file (sd:/bootmii/bootmii.ini) directly on the wii.

You can change the following options:
- Video: NSTC/PAL50/PAL60/PROGRESSIVE
- Autoboot:  Off / System Menu / Homebrew Channel
- Boot Delay: Time in Seconds from 0 to 10

You can also enable/disable bootmii by utilising an option to rename the directory to ~bootmii.  If you have a bootmii alternative
installed such as 'Mike' you can use the same option to switch between implementations (/bootmii and /~bootmii).

The application is console based and controlled via the wiimote d-pad or game cube pad.

UP/DOWN - to move through menu items, 
LEFT/RIGHT - to change the options
A BUTTON  - to select the save/discard option.
HOME -  Open the settings menu where you can change the language, skin and enable/disable online update of the application.
